High-Grade Caulking
It is very common to see hairline cracks between the stucco and doors/ windows. This is why a High-grade polyurethane should be applied to prevent water intrusion at these locations. Caulking should also be applied to all mechanical penetrations on the stucco such as electrical boxes, light fixtures, water hose bibs and where it meets other material such as stone, wood or brick.
